The hotel was cleaning, and very handy for a stop after crossing on Eurotunnel. But the sheets were very damp as if they had not been dried properly breakfast was fine.

Convenient but no manned desk at night and no lifts so difficult with children and several pieces of kit. Also no cot beds. Didn’t see a single person of staff as arrived late and had to leave very early

Building Work in progress was not informed very disappointed with ebookers have Booked numerous times with them will have to think twice next time.

Basic but convenient

Very basic and not a pretty looking hotel, but very convenient location for eurotunnel and was only a 1 night stay, so didwhat we needed it to.
