Good property and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very well laid out. Bathroom was a great size and very nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good. Pool area was clean and well laid out. Fitness center was adequate for my needs. I will be traveling to this area frequently for business so I will most likely use this property again.

Walking inside I was amazed at how beautiful it looked. The service was great. Walked into a very clean and cold room, much appreciated in a hot Florida summer. Tv viewing options were great and the WiFi worked well. I did not like that the parking was not well lit, I walked in late and walked out early in the morning where there was no sunlight and used my phone as guidance.

I have loved this hotel. I've stayed here more than a dozen times and I'm a Bonvoy member; however, this last stay was not quite like the others and left me with a blah experience. When speaking to the front desk staff whether by phone or in person the customer service was mediocre, unfriendly, short and dismissive. The room I stayed in was nice, but the toilet seat definitely needed replacement. It was extremely worn and the plastic was borderline melted/deformed or defective. For this quality of a hotel I expected better, but the lack of customer service and subpar attitudes were really what stood out. They all seemed complacent and ready to go home.

Great place I’d recommend you to stay

Had a great stay at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean and very useful. Lots of restaurants locally. They had a list at the desk of local restaurants. Little Havana we found was outstanding when there’s several times in a row. It is very centrally located to where we needed to be. I plan to stay there the next time we go down. The only one thing I did not care for was the parking there were four handicap spots close to the building. There are a bunch of Marriott elite member spots, then regular parking, which was a distance from the front door. That would be my only complaint.
