Had to change rooms 3 times because the first room the shower leaked, second room smelled so bad couldn’t stay in there 3rd one had for 1 night so we roughed it out. Also, pretty sure they have bed bugs

Good stuff: - Front desk staff were all nice. One time I got to the breakfast area just before it closed and the staff-person waited until I got all my stuff before closing it up. I also checked in early and they didn't charge me extra even though they were supposed to. - Mostly clean - Breakfast had the basics Bad Stuff: - One of the people on the cleaning staff knocked on my door to see if I needed towels or had trash and he muttered "behnchod" after I opened the door. I am not Indian nor speak Hindi, but I know what that word means. - Funny how the pool is the main picture here but it was closed for maintenance on all four of my days. - Bed was not comfy. My back hurt so bad after the first night that I could not bend over without pain (as someone who is generally pretty flexible). It was a four night stay though and my back did not hurt after the subsequent nights. - Mostly clean but some cobwebs on the ceiling of my room, and the window screen mesh was partly torn with spiders visible outside - The breakfast was decent but far from good. There were no eggs or yogurt. The only pastries were cheap mini muffins and bland donut holes. The juice machine didn't work on one of the days. Also 9am is too early for breakfast to end and this forced me to go to sleep earlier than I wanted to. - The vending machines didn't have anything good (mostly just candy bars and chips - no cookies or better snacks) and only accepted dollar bills - The position of the TV was weird

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Staff said they would report to maintenance and they would fix it tomorrow morning - which would mean after we were already gone. I'm sure that they realize the water was out before giving us the room.

The staff was nice. The only only had biscuits and gravy each morning for the hot breakfast options. No eggs or anything. The room was decent. Quiet. But they need to clean the air conditioner and vent above shower.
