Nice hotel, but they have ting to do to give this

As a silvermember we got cava at the room, but not before we come back from dinner. The Reception was slow, no control, no system at all.. The pool area was there noone taking responsibility and bad service. We eas earlie, got sunbed, but lot of people put their towel over it and reserve it. We staying until 5 and not many of the recerved sunbed was in use, but lot of people waiting for sunbed.

This is a luxury hotel with very clean rooms bath and beds. Very helpful front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel one hour before my scheduled checkin time. The staff made me wait that hour in order to get room ready which was fair enough although not convenient. This is the first time in my life I visit a "4 star" hotel in which 1. I could not control the Air conditioner temperature down to cool the room on a 37 degrees C hot day. 2. No complementary coffee in the room. 3. The shower water temperature control does not work well and changes on its between cold and very hot.

Customer Service Wasn’t the Best But Nice Hotel

Here’s where they can improve as a hotel, better customer service! Friendly staff but they failed to acknowledge our VIP status. We had to ask for the benefits. They failed to follow up with us when we asked about the intermittent internet. They said they would. They didn’t explain about the parking situation and how to exit the parking a lot. The hotel was nice and rooms spacious and clean. But it’s not in a central location and a bit of a walk (20 minutes) to Old Town.

The receptionists tried to charge us for parking twice even though it is clearly written on the reservation “with parking”. In addition, 3 hours after we checked out, they called us and claimed we had breakfast and didn’t pay which is also not true. I don’t know what is so complicated to be able track things like this via the system. Finally, shower was awkwardly designed and didn’t function properly.

I wish the restaurant/bar and pool had more flexible hours! We never got a chance to utilize these amenities because of the very limited hours. Also, the shower head really needs to be changed to a a circular drop down one because the current one shoots straight out and goes all over the floor, no matter how we try to adjust it. Then, a pool of water builds up outside the tub, and I slipped at one point, almost falling. So, this is definitely a safety hazard. Everything else was great! Thank you!
