Adriana Sea View is a delightful property offering wonderful panoramic views across the Ionian Sea from an elevated cliffside position.
Formally two separate apartments, lovingly built by the owner himself, Adriana Sea View has been thoughtfully laid out and designed to maximise the uninterrupted sea views. The first floor bedrooms, which are positioned at the front of the villa, both have balconies from where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst gazing out to sea, and across to Albania and the Greek mainland. From the pool terrace you can also enjoy sea views during a relaxing swim before setting off to explore the surrounding area.

The accommodation has been designed to enjoy the views as much as possible. On the ground floor you will find the traditional and comfortable living accommodation with stone archways and doors leading out to different terraces. Steps lead up to both bedrooms on the first floor, the twin bedroom can also be accessed externally from the barbecue terrace.

Conveniently located between the popular beaches of Ipsos (1.3km) and Barbati (2.5km), you can find water taxis, waters sports, boat hire and a wide array of shops, bars and tavernas along the nearby coastline. Ipsos is a charming coastal village, known for its beautiful beach and natural surroundings. The long, narrow shoreline with shallow, crystal-clear waters is ideal for swimming and sunbathing making it a favourite for families and beach lovers. Backed by green hills and facing the calm Ionian Sea, Ipsos offers a scenic setting, the perfect place to unwind. Its convenient location and laid-back atmosphere make Ipsos an excellent base for exploring the rest of Corfu. Barbati is a picturesque seaside village located a short drive away known for its long, pebbled beach and excellent water quality, The beach is well organised with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a variety of water sports, yet it maintains a peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. Along the waterfront, you will find traditional tavernas and beach cafés serving local dishes and fresh seafood.

Nearby Spartilas (4.5km) is a medieval village with narrow streets, breathtaking views and beautiful scenery with panoramic vistas to marvel at from sunrise to sunset. Within the village you will find a variety of shops and traditional tavernas to choose from. Atmospheric Corfu Town is only about a 30 minute drive via the scenic coastal road below.

* The pool can be heated until 12/06 & from 18/09 for 2026. Payable locally @ €250 per week. Please request in advance (minimum 7 days). 2027 TBC. Please note the majority of pool heaters are designed to increase the water temperature by approximately 3°C - 6°C from the ambient water temperature. Please note the property driveway, while paved, is sharply inclined.
Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Adriana Sea View the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
