The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

Dissatisfied & dissapointed.

We booked two one-bedroom bungalows with private pools (rooms 500 and 503) for a family celebration. Sadly, room 500 was a huge disappointment — the pool was so small it was unusable, and it was filthy on arrival. Within the first hour of check-in I was chasing reception, calling maintenance (who left muddy footprints in the room), and writing emails instead of relaxing. We never once used the pool, despite paying a premium for it. Communication from the front office was poor, with no follow-up from the manager despite repeated complaints. While a few gestures were eventually offered (dinner, massage, transfer), they did not make up for the fact that we paid for a service we couldn’t use. That said, some staff were outstanding: Niki at Kuzina (breakfast), Mo at the main pool, Ionna at Guest Relations, Mark at the water park, and Alexander, who finally helped resolve part of the issue. Their excellent service was the highlight of our stay. Overall, it’s a real shame, great staff in some areas, but a very disappointing experience with the accommodation and management response.

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

Fantastic family friendly hotel. Not too “kids orientated” - great balance! Various pools to choose from. Non motorised water sports complimentary every day for 30 mins. Various options for dietary requirements. If you visit the Asian restaurant is a must!

The hotel complex is built into a hill overlooking the sea so there are beautiful views from almost everywhere. All people working at the hotel are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. All facilities are well looked after and very clean. We loved our sunset cruise one evening and the water sports and air conditioned gym. All in all, it was great stay.

Beautiful grounds clean rooms seem to have been renovated recently . Very polite attentive staff delicious food . Lots of activities for kids and adults . Could not fault this hotel .
