We had a wonderful time. My only complaint is the excessive use of tiny plastic cups in the pool bar - please switch to reusable plastic cups for a more sustainable option.

Pros - Food and general restaurant service was fantastic. Grounds were well maintained and the lounge area was beautiful. My room was very outdated with an influx of ants. Towel man was incredibly rude and reception was very slow at times.

If they change the mattresses then this would be a great stay. Unfortunately the mattress comfort was terribly thin and we had sleepless nights from it. The room amenities were ok, although there was no power on the last night/day of our stay in our room. Practical as close to beaches, though no policy to police the visitors who just hog all the sun beds with their towels and are absent for a long time/food perhaps which forces us to use different pools or not stay on the resort premises at all. All the Staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming throughout.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space and plenty to do, within the resort for childern and adult. Although the hotel is in middle of nowhere there are many transport/transfer from the hotel at extra fee. Plenty of food but not enough option for to meet different dietary requirements, few issues with ants bit ones reported to reception desk it was sorted. Staff are amazing and very accommodating.
