Located on Kontokali villa at the peninsula called "Geregos Island," Sea Front Cottage is a brand-new 240 m² beachfront villa, perfect for 8 adult guests. It can also accommodate 2 teenagers on a convertible sofa for a small extra fee. The villa offers a master suite upstairs with a king-size bed and sofa bed, another king-size bed in the ground-floor suite, plus two bedrooms with two single beds (100 cm each). The property features a private kitchen, Wi-Fi, workspace, and a high chair. Both master suites have private bathrooms, and the upstairs suite includes two spacious wardrobes. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, with one being outdoors opposite the pool.



Enjoy your private two large and covered terraces, as well as a well-kept garden with flowers and fruit trees. The terraces with natural stone provide outdoor relaxation areas, while pergolas and a BBQ next to the infinity pool complete your experience. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and the sandy beach is just a 3-minute walk away.



Private parking is available at the villa, with an additional space in front of the gate. Events are permitted. An additional guest house with a kitchenette, bathroom, and small living area is available for one person or a couple for an extra fee.
