Villa Kadith is an exceptional modern house, centrally located in the cosmopolitan Agios Gordis, on the west side of Corfu island, just a few meters from the beach. It has a private pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and great outdoor areas, right next to the local amenities.
The house is easily accessible from the village main road, in a cosmopolitan neighbourhood with hotels and luxury properties, it overlooks the towering cliffs that characterize the area and is really spacious for a family of four persons who would wish to enjoy a holiday in an idyllic resort.

Layout

The private gate opens onto a courtyard with a small staircase that leads to the covered terrace of the main entrance.
This one leads into a charming and tastefully decorated living room, with an alongside fully equipped kitchen. Both are supported by a cooling fan.
Behind the living room, through a small corridor, there is a twin bedroom with a side utility room and - right across - a family shower room with the master bedroom next to it.

Pool and Terraces

In the front of the house, the beautiful covered terrace is furnished appropriately with a table and chairs while, just opposite, there is an amazing gazebo with built-in BBQ and all the dining facilities for dining al fresco.
To the terrace right is located the sunny private pool with wooden surroundings and decking and the sound of the sea reaching your ears.

The Location

Staying in this charming villa there is no need for a hired car, as everything is just a few steps away. The surrounding landscape gives the impression of staying in a mountainous resort, due to the windswept rocks that surround it, but the salt of the nearby sea immediately dispels this feeling and creates the need for any visitor just to dive once more into the deep water right on his doorstep.
Villa Kadith is definitely the right choice for a memorable and relaxing holiday.
