Villa Nisi
Villa Nisi is a luxury architect-designed 4 double-bedroom villa set in an ancient olive grove just outside the pretty village of Kassiopi in the North East of Corfu. Built in 2019, the villa enjoys a very private setting down an infrequently used country lane. Take a leisurely swim in the 12 metre pool or relax with a drink on the terrace and enjoy the stunning views across the Ionian sea to the mountains of Albania. Relish the beauty of the countryside while being just a 5 minute drive, or 15-20 minute walk, from the shops and tavernas of Kassiopi.
The pool has a spacious paved area with eight sun loungers, three sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Next to this area is a large, flat grass lawn which is perfect for children (and adults(!)), to play on. In front of the villa there is an adjoining paved terrace with an outdoor sofa, table and chairs. Towards the rear is an outdoor BBQ, seating area and full size outdoor table tennis table. The garden has many mature olive trees plus lemon, fig and kumquat trees.
Inside, the house is spacious, modern and finished to a very high standard. There is air-conditioning throughout plus free WiFi. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen space plus a yoga/pilates studio with exercise bike, one double bedroom with ensuite, a utility room with washing machine and a separate downstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, induction hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. The sitting area has a internet enabled TV, DVD player and some family board games.
Upstairs there is a master double bedroom (with ensuite) as well as two further double bedrooms plus a shower room and a separate WC meaning that the house can accommodate up to eight guests. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has access to a balcony to enjoy the fantastic views. You may like to take a drink up to the balcony in the evening to watch the sun go down and later to enjoy some stargazing.
The villa has a housekeeper based locally who speaks English and Greek. There is a clean and a linen change every week. A gardener and a pool man will also visit on a regular basis.
