“Bayside Oceanview Getaway” is a delightful double-storey family home in Corinella just 100m the beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Grantville & San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs the home features a large open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area (with TV with Fetch TV, coonara style fireplace (wood not provided) & mini fuzbol table) leading onto the balcony with lovely ocean views. The main Bedroom 1 (with WIR), has shared access to the large main bathroom (with bath, freestanding shower and toilet). Downstairs is a second living area, Bedroom 2 (with BIR) with shared access to the second bathroom (with shower and toilet), Bedroom 3 (with BIR) and laundry.
Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a large balcony (with gas BBQ and seating for 8) and enclosed rear yard for the kids to play in. There is ample parking with room for three cars in the garage, plus room for an additional car or a boat in the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville whole bean coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle split system in the upstairs Living/Kitchen/Dining room, as well as one downstairs in Bedroom 3, a coonara-style fireplace (wood not provided), ceiling fans in both the upstairs living area and in bedroom 1, plus one additional stand-alone heater and fan which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk and one Single Trundle bed
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
