Limited on site parking and if not available you have to pay a discounted price in a garage a few blocks away. Not convenient and added to the price of the room. Very nice pay for breakfast and quiet comfortable room with a nice bathroom. No air conditioning but a barely adequate portable fan in the room. Friendly staff.

Hotel was ok. Loved the history of it. Rooms were ok and spacious enough. Shower was tricky and had a hard time shutting it off. Room was incredibly hot which made it hard to sleep. There was a fan provided which helped a little. Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was in the middle of a neighborhood which was quiet but not alot to walk to. Parking is tight, and we parked on the street and carried luggage up a decent incline. The breakfast was great! Cute bar and comfortable area. Would stay again.

There was no A/C, no fridge or microwave, and the plumbing had issues with making a loud noise every time the toilet was flushed. I wouldn't consider this a 4 star hotel based on the quality of the room. The lobby is nice and gives off the 4 star vibe, but you pay for the room and not the lobby.

Very nice hotel but it’s not in a great area. You have to walk several blocks to get to anywhere close to restaurants. There is a restaurant in the hotel and our dinner was very, very good. The service was excellent. The room was nice, but the temperature could not be adjusted And the coffee pot was impossible to figure out. The hotel needs better signage on the street for where to pull in. There’s a very ample parking lot, but it’s a one-way street and if you miss it, you have to circle around because it’s not well identified.

If you are driving, the off site parking isn’t that convenient. Hotel layout is a little confusing and there were a few hallway odours. Room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet though.

Clean, and tidy, good location to explore. Staff were friendly, only downside is if you want to use the pool (at weekends) you are also in with local swimming lessons & it’s not that big.

I appreciated the history of the hotel and even the cemetery in the back. The manager was very friendly and provided us with background information about the hotel. However, the elevator was slow, and the parking was tight. We ended up parking at another location, but we had to pay each time we wanted to retrieve our car. The hotel was within walking distance to Shandon Bells & Tower at St. Anne's Church, and it was an easy walk across the bridge to downtown.
