Great spot! Loved the Sports Bar downstairs. Also, enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Even though the weather wasn't good, I feel the outdoor pool should be opened the long weekend in May!

We made our reservation while heading west on the 401. We wanted a room in Cornwall, Ontario. The Best Western had the best reviews and was affordable. Even though it was late on a Sunday evening, the lady who checked us in was very professional. Our room was a surprise! There was a brick fireplace, wood doors and two refrigerators! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! We will be back!

Confusing booking sites!!

The hotel was fine… I was confused when I went to get my invoice and was told I booked through another provider! I was on the best western site and somehow it switched me to another site!. I find it very confusing trying to book hotels .. all websites seem to bounce you out to where they want you to go. So.. the hotel was great… but booking was not!!

A surprisingly pleasant experience! The exterior (with its pointed, shingled room) has a pleasing, homey, feeling, and there's ample grassy space out back surrounding the pool. My room faced that way, the night was entirely quiet, and my sleep long and restorative. The rooms (upstairs anyway) are perfectly comfortable with windows that open wide. A basic (though hardy) breakfast buffet is even included. Staff are friendly and helpful. I could not recommend the place more if you're passing through Cornwall.

This was a total gem on our Trans-Canada road trip. The room was cosy and comfy. Everything was very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet at Hops and Barley in the hotel was FANTASTIC. 10/10 stay.

Musty smell on the first floor and dated, small rooms. Bed was smaller than expected and uncomfortable. Refrigerator was non functional. Layout of the hotel was a single hallway so lots of through traffic and noise carried into the rooms. Housekeeping arrived at 930 when checkout was at 11.
