We brought our lab with us on our trip through Ontario. We found this place to not only be very clean and well maintained but accommodate for the dog so nicely. Many thanks for the special notes treats and extra blankets and towels for the pup.

It used to be really good.

Best Western perhaps is best compared to Pizza Hut, it was good in the 1980s. This location used to be a really good hotel. The breakfast buffet is not even a shell of what it once was and there are ants on the table. The most disappointing thing was the pool was closed. Why close the pool in the hottest month of the year, July? Why not work on it in May or October? So bizarre.

Staff nice, welcome gift for dogs nice but an obvious pick up your dog poo...since there was a roll of dog poo bags. Cant say I blame them for that. Room stank of musty moldy carpet...didn't want to sleep in it. Never mind my dog sleep on it. We were there for a whole 4hrs....250 Canadian dollars later.
