Key card didn't work for the room. The man at the desk assumed we didn't know how to use a key card after the 2nd trip to the desk and had to try it himself. We ended up getting a different room than what was reserved. Arrived at 130am and asked for a late checkout, he said he could do 1130am at the layest. In the morning at promptly 11am our keycards stopped workking and our belongings were locked in the room.

Clean room, super comfy king bed, quiet as we were on the back side of the hotel. nice sized indoor pool, very nice free hot breakfast (included coffee was the only weak point of breakfast) We’d definitely stay here again.

In need of refurbishment

Hotel building is in rough shape. When I arrived there were no cars at the front and from the overall appearance I thought the hotel must have closed down. The building needs redecorating and is not clean. When I arrived there was someone working on the ceiling in the lobby. When he finished there were small pieces of ceiling tile all over the floor. The next morning they still hadnt been cleaned up. When i got to my room the door was wedged open and unlocked. This appeared to be the way they left many rooms. Smoking appeared to be allowed in rooms. There was a smell of cigarettes throughout the building
