Main Bedroom and Spa Bathroom:
Located on the top floor, this private space is the perfect place to escape! Read a book on the cozy sofa, enjoy the warmth of a nice fire and spend some time in the new master bath copper soaking tub or taking a long rain shower!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. There are several attic spaces and closets that are reserved for the owners.

There is a small cottage about 100 feet behind the house that is also available to rent. This cozy space sleeps 2 and features a full bath, living room and chefs kitchen. For not information:

Otherwise, it is occasionally occupied by our family. The cottage is unobtrusive and not visible from the patio or main house.

The Neighborhood:
Cornwall is a quaint town nestled in the Hudson Highlands on the banks of the beautiful Hudson River. Our town is home to several great restaurants including Painters Tavern, Pepetini's Italian Restaurant and Canterbury Inn. All offering pick-up service and outdoor dining. There is also a wonderful coffee shop, Two Alice's, featuring excellent coffee and live music/wine and beer service on some nights! You won't want to miss Jone's Farm off Angola Road.
Cornwall is also home to some of the most spectacular hiking in the Hudson Valley. Take a swim in one of our many secluded ponds or rent a kayak and explore the Hudson River.

Getting Around:
Cornwall is a walking town! You can walk from our home into any of our wonderful restaurants and coffee shops or down to the river for a picnic.

DOGS: 🐶
We absolutely love dogs and welcome them at Camp Van Winkle. We only ask you keep them off the beds and furniture, clean-up after them and crate if necessary. Thanks!

LONG STAYS:
We require a mid-stay cleaning for bookings greater than 10 nights. There is an additional fee of $250 for each weekly mid-stay cleaning.

Cornwall short term rental laws prohibit parties of any kind.
