Guests can also take advantage of exclusive access to community amenities at the nearby clubhouse, including an outdoor pool, fitness center and tennis court.

The great room makes up the entire top level of the home, with an open-concept layout and sightlines ideal for family gatherings. Vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light and neutral tones make the space feel even larger. Come home from the beach and curl up on the sofa to watch your favorite show or movie. A gas fireplace is available during the off-season for cozy evenings in. Stylish yet practical wood-look tile flooring flows throughout the space, anchored by a massive kitchen island with bar seating for six. Prepare meals in the main kitchen that boasts two-tone cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
