The Magnolia Bay neighborhood is ideal for leisurely activities such as walking, jogging, and biking, making it perfect spot for a family vacation!

Great stay

Location was great for not staying on beachfront with easy short access to beach. Neighborhood was very nice. Neighbors very friendly. Just a great place to stay

Great location

It was our first time in the outer banks and our family and I we had a blast. The house was perfect for us, specially because we had to bring our dogs. Short walk to the beach access or they can pick you up. The gated community is very Quiet and family friendly. I recommend it to anyone!
