Location & Community
Set in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, you'll love the convenient beach access path—just 1,390 ft. away. For a more leisurely outing, enjoy the scenic walking trail around the stocked 7-acre lake, perfect for spotting turtles, birds, and other local wildlife. Guests also have access to the community bike path and nearby tennis courts for even more ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Outdoor Fun
Your private pool, bubbling hot tub, and multiple decks set the stage for lounging and laughter. In 2026, you'll have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill at your disposal, making cookouts a breeze. Comfortable outdoor furniture ensures everyone has a favorite spot, whether it's sunbathing, stargazing, or sipping a drink poolside.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
