The staff was very accommodating. I had shorted myself a day and they did everything possible to make arrangements for me to stay. This is priceless. The restaurant on the 4th floor is exceptional. The pool, clean and refreshing. A great place to find yourself.

For the cost of the room we weren’t expecting luxury - however a huge concern was the amount of black mould in the bathroom all over the ceiling and wall. There were also ants in there (albeit we were already warned about this) but overall basic hygiene in the bathroom and bed sheets was non existent. Even cheap basic hotels should focus on standard hygiene.

Room had a lot of ants. A/c didn't work too well. Booked thru expedia but they claimed to have never received our reservation thru the online system, so we were lucky to have a room. Pictures look a lot nicer than the actual place. Kind of run down feeling (rusty hotel sign, hard pool side furniture instead of lounge chairs, hotel staff don't great you at the front you just walk into the pool area - no guard crew for safety
