Quiet and quaint hotel in great location

This hotel has only been open for a few months, so everything was nice, new and fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I’d love to know where they get their pillows from. It is located directly across from the Dell and the beach and within walking distance of several dining options, which was great. There was an issue in our room with the lighting, primarily in the bathroom, and it would flicker off and on throughout the day and night. I’m sure on paper, it checks all the boxes but honestly, overall this didn’t really feel like a five star hotel. It is definitely quiet and quaint and was great for what we needed it to be, but it didn’t feel like it had a lot of bells and whistles in our opinion to be viewed as a five star, even if it is on paper. However, would recommend overall.

We wanted to try a boutique hotel and chose The Bower because of its fantastic location. If you get a room on the front side of the hotel, beware because the road noise is so loud. We moved rooms the 2nd night, but had issues all night with the air going off and on because of a faulty patio door sensor. Beware if it rains because the hotel restaurant is fully uncovered and all of the seating is unusable because it is wet. The staff is really nice, but management needs to work out the kinks.

The hotel is newer and very nice. The rooms were comfortable, clean but extremely small. The bathrooms were anlso extremely small and impossible for two to get ready in the morning. The night valet/hotel desk attendant was hard to find when we needed our car early in the morning when we had an early flight. We found him in one of the guest rooms. Not sure what that was about.

Great atmosphere, service, centrally located. There is no pool, we didnt need one so it was perfect. Text to talk to front desk didnt work, sent 3 messages during our stay (said this was how to communicate) only had a response 1 of the 3 times. All in a great stay! We will be back

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was on point. My wife and I recognized this is a newer property. With that said, there are always a few growing pains. There were a couple of hiccups. However, the GM, was quick to correct. We will be back.

Chic, yet comfortable!

Such a lovely well appointed boutique hotel. All the amenities are top notch and well thought out. The staff, especially Michaela and Danny went over and above to make our stay fun and comfortable. The roof top restaurant’s food was great and the cocktails are amazing. The live music was a nice touch. We will definitely be back.
