A Shore Thing - Professionally designed home in modern beach community awaits you. Over 3200 sq ft with 4 private bedrooms + 1 loft extra sleeping + 1 open extra sleeping, 4-1/2 baths - sleeps 12. Three (3) levels with 1,800 ft of deck space overlook adjacent community pool. Our boardwalk to the beach is now golf cart accessible!

2 master suites with private bathrooms. All bedrooms open out to a deck. Great view of community pool adjacent to home. Water Softner throughout home.

Start the day with coffee in the sunroom. Spend the day at the beach with a short stroll via private boardwalk. Finish the day relaxing with your favorite drink and enjoy the sunsets with your guests!

Outstanding views with huge decks on every level.

The 1st floor of this beach house features an open guest extra sleeping with double bed and full private bathroom. And elevator access to assist with your groceries! Additional full size refrigerator in garage to store drinks for the beach. Propane grill and beach chairs.

The 2nd floor features 3 large private guest bedrooms: a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Common full size bathroom. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor open to a spacious covered deck for naps or separate socializing areas! Laundry room with washer and dryer.

The 3rd floor has breathtaking views during the day and night from the open deck. “watch the ships roll in”. This floor features the master suite with private bath and exclusive sunroom. Entertain your guests with open large kitchen and living area. Living area features 2 large sofas and chair to enjoy music and movies. Surround Sound Entertainment System with extended speaker systems to 1st and 2nd level decks. Beautiful dining area comfortably seats 8 and breakfast bar seats 4 more. Enjoy conversation around the game table.

Up a short flight of stairs from the 3rd level is the Lookout Loft Room with LCD TV and two (2) twin size beds extra sleeping.

Great Spacious Getaway for Large Groups with Great Host!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our large group. The location was convenient, and the outdoor space was a great bonus. The property owner was extremely polite, responsive, and reasonable to deal with, which made the entire experience even better. Perfect house

This house was perfect for our family and friends! It was clean and right next to the pool. (The pool was warm but that can’t really be helped in this Texas heat.) we loved all of the deck space and all of the seating in the living room. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach home for family vacation! Plenty of room to spread out or get together for a movie night. Home overlooks community swimming pool which was really nice after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great House & Location!

House was great! Loved that there were 2 refrigerators. Clean, AC worked great! House even felt cold at 72 degree at night! Loved the large island in the kitchen. Perfects for staging food for a large group. The only negative would be the top room is not enclosed and is right off the kitchen. Anyone who sleeps in there will be kept up late or woken up by the early risers. Also, the recommended cart place was pretty pricy. I recommend selecting a cheaper place in town and driving the cart down the beach to the house vs the valet pickup/drop off method. (Personal preference). Either way, glad that the cart option was recommended!

A Shorething Splender

The Shorething house was spectacular. The funishings, art deco, and exterior plants were wonderful. I especially loved the Bird of Paradise flowers. The owers take good care of this house. The kitchen was well supplied with good pots and pans. My family enjoyed staying at this house. I give this house an A+.

Port A family vacation

The house was great, lots of room for our group. It was a little stretch of a walk to the beach, 10 minutes with little kids. Two of the bedrooms did not have doors so it was challenging to get kids to bed in them. Loved that the pool was right next door and viewable from the deck of the house. The home was well stocked with essentials and no issues with anything.

Great family vacation. So far best house we have stayed at in all the years we traveled to at Port A Only set back was issues with beach location and golf carts getting stuck and getting to the area where golf carts are only allowed.

Great Neighborhood and House

A beautiful house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and convenient. A bit of a walk to the beach, but easily made up for with a rented golf cart - there is golf cart parking in the driveway. The proximity of the pool next door was fantastic in the afternoon. Very spacious, clean and well provisioned.
