It’s the little things: There were a ton of pillows from which to choose. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, paper towels and left over containers. The house was spotless when we arrived. Sheets on the beds were clean and crisp. (They were not thin, cheap sheets.). The pool, just outside the house, was beautiful.The owner was quick to respond to any messages I sent him. Given the opportunity, we will definitely return here.

Check in was smooth, the host was very responsive, friendly and kind. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy linens were clean, fresh and wonderful. The property was so well thought out. Whenever I was looking for something it was right where I would expect it to be! The pool being right next to the property was a huge plus. Our family and friends had such a lovely time. I can’t wait to come back!

Our little get away

This was our first time visiting Rockport and i couldn't have found a better place to stay ! This home had everything we needed and all rooms had a lot of space beds very comfortable and right by the pool!! About a 15 minute drive to the beach and downtown. Looking forward to visiting Rockport again and hopefully this same location!!.

Beautiful Home

The home was just as pictured very clean and beautiful, the host was great and available for all questions, definitely recommend staying here to anybody going to the rockport corpus area. We will definitely be booking again. The kids absolutely loved it that the pool is literally 5 steps away from the home.

weekend trip

the property was clean, but a little smaller than I expected. We were told that there would be beach towels available but there were only 2 for 5 people so we had to buy some. Also, you may want to speak with the property manager since on Friday night there were teenagers in the pool till well after 11pm blaring loud music. And, Sunday morning around 3am several very drunk men got in the pool and again played loud music. Just a heads up.

Wonderful House

The house was very clean and offered all of the general necessities needed for the beach and pool. When I imagine a beach weekend, this house is the type of house I imagine. Very cute and spacious and perfectly located near the pool and within a short driving distance from the beach. We will definitely keep this house saved for future visits. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything is first class! There is nothing to complain about the house at all. We would love to stay there again, But there is a neighbor dog that barked the entire 2 days we were there. i don't know if it is a permanent resident but someone needs to address this. Thank you

Great place for a family vacation. Great location, the house has everything plus that you would need. Everything is very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great barbecue pits. Loved the patio. The neighbors are very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Andy was very accommodating with our check in. We feel blessed to have found this new, clean, beautifully decorated property! The unit is very well stocked with the kitchen and bathroom supplies. It was our first time visiting Rockport, and we are very happy with our stay. We highly recommend!
