Great Waterfront Escape on täydellinen toisen kerroksen huoneisto kaikille, jotka haluavat nauttia Padre Islandin vesiteistä, vierailla uudessa Schlitterbahnin vesipuistossa tai vain paeta ja nauttia rannikkoelämästä. Voit nauttia siitä, että olet vain mailin päässä rannalta ja pääset helposti kaikkiin saaren tarjoamiin palveluihin. Olet vain 15 minuutin pä��ssä Padre Islandin kansallisrannikolta ja Mustang Islandin osavaltion puistosta sekä kävelymatkan päässä paikallisista ravintoloista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Jos haluat suunnata kaupunkiin, se on vain lyhyen ajomatkan pääss�� sillan yli ja voit nauttia ostosmahdollisuuksista paikallisissa ostoskeskuksissa sekä käydä Texasin osavaltion akvaariossa ja USS Lexingtonissa. Mutta et ehkä koskaan halua lähteä tästä huoneistokompleksista.
Kompleksi on rantahotellissa, ja siinä on erittäin mukava uima-allasalue, jossa on kooltaan suuri uima-allas, poreallas ja tilava kansi aurinkoa, kalastusta tai vain rentoutumista varten ja nauttia suosikki lomajuomaasi.

INTERIOR
Tämä 2. kerroksen kaksikerroksinen huoneisto voi mukavasti nukkua 6 king-size-vuoteella makuuhuoneessa, kuningatar 2. makuuhuoneessa ja täysikokoisella vuodesohvalla oleskelutilassa. Jos tuot veneesi, sinulla on nimetty veneen lipsahdus suoraan yksityisen parvekkeesi alla. Tähän yksikköön on myös oma sisäänkäynti, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä nimetystä pysäköintialueestasi. Nautit myös uima-altaan, porealtaan ja kalastuslaiturin vieressä. Huoneistossa on ilmainen WiFi!

Liinavaatteet jokaiselle sängylle ja kylpypyyhkeet jokaiselle vieraalle toimitetaan. Vähintään kahden yön oleskelu vaaditaan. Padre Escapesi-sopimusvieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita. Vieraalla on oltava valtion ajokortti tai muu hyväksyttävä henkilötodistus. Ei lemmikkieläimiä.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Texas Sealife Center. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

This property is clean and has the essentials. It does not provide any "extras", so exactly 6 towels, no extra bedding (thin blankets), no coffee filters, etc. There were a few issues at the property when we arrived, and the management company was quick to fix them. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and canal. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that they were on the deck by the water. Great location with quick driving access to the beach. This is an older property that could use some updates, but for the price and location it is a winner!

Family time

We loved the place, it was clean and organized, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable, beautiful view. Easy access to the swimming pool. Just one thing I recommend, at least for our type of family or more than two adults with kids, to place TVs in the rooms, we only had one TV in the living room.

The walks around the neighborhood were nice and you can walk to several stores or ride your bikes.

There were several nights that a group of 14/15 year olds spent hours yelling and diving off the dock by the pool. (Well past 11pm) I have no issues with people being in the pool past 11, but would have been nice if they had been supervised by some adults to keep down the noise. Our condo was very nice and clean.

The kitchen was well stocked but would recommend adding more towels in the bathroom groom and kitchen. The common area was wonderful, pool water was clean but the jacuzzi had a lot of mulch in the water. The he last day of our visit we had sunshine and visited the Lexington for an airshow, was fabulous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have to be honest and say that this was an excellent location for our great escape to the Padre Island/Corpus Christi area. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our escape, with another couple, very comfortable. The wrap around deck was ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the overall proximity to the pool and hot tub was perfect.We had only one small issue and a quick call to Padre Isaland Escapes and it was rectified. Overall I give this location a full thumbs up for couples and families for their adventures to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about Pradre Escapes. They helped me find something at the last minute. Answered every call and text quickly. They were very courteous, professional and helpful. The condo we stayed in was fine, beds were comfortable, kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a good location. Only a few complaints that could be easily addressed. First the bathrooms should be cleaner, the refrigerator wasn’t thawed and cleaned. The other complaint is a personal preference. There was one tv in living area. I would always choose a condo with TVs in the bedrooms. One last thing, could have better towels. These were similar to towels you would expect at motel 6. Other than that I would stay here again. I do recommend this condo but I will always try to book through Pradre Escapes.

Don’t not use this rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was dirty and not taking care of, the downstairs shower leaks while running, lights upstairs don’t work in one room, the stairs leading up the front door are a huge safety hazard as the wood isn’t even nailed in and you can easily fall through (lawsuit), AC was broken but they still sent out a guy and had them “fix it” then later admitting to us on the phone that the AC unit is beyond repair. We received a portable ac unit that did absolutely nothing for the heat in the place then they gave us another one within two days the until was only down to 80 degrees downstairs and 89 upstairs. Opened the pull out couch as we could t sleep in the heat upstairs and bugs ran out of it. Asked to be reimbursed so we could move to another location and they said we couldn’t do anything until Monday, that’s the day we checked out. This was far from a pleasant vacation and we are still waiting on padre escapes to make it right.

The view was the best and all of the neighbors there were so friendly! I can’t wait to book with them again! One of the best vacations ever!
