This gulf-front complex includes a boardwalk that leads directly to the beach, an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, a grilling area, a kids' play structure, and a well-appointed game room with Ping-Pong, air hockey, and foosball. At the end of each day, this second-floor condo will welcome you back from your activities with central air conditioning and a private, shaded balcony with a view of the dunes.

The interior features every essential, from a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a two-person breakfast bar to a living room with a large flatscreen TV offering both cable and streaming capability. Additional amenities include a dining space for six and two bedrooms - each with its own TV and en suite bathroom.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
