This is the 3rd or 4 th time that I stay and this hotel and now this time they ask me for 100 dlls deposit and pay the parking, we get there around 9pm and the kids wants to go swimming and they can’t because they close early and open late and we had to check out at 11am also in the restroom we only had 1 towel for the coffee we didn’t have any sugar or creams, I didn’t like it this time

Bad hotel, bad management, run badly

Horrible stay. Bathtub had long hair in it. Floors were sticky. Had loud music on weekend that you heard in your room. It's pet friendly, but there were so many pets left in their room to bark/whine it was chaotic. Sooo many people from other properties walking all over the area that it was like a street fair. It was like a massive party, no quiet, no relaxation, no privacy. Restaurant was good food though and that service was good. Hotel service was rude and disrespectful, not kind in any regard. HATED this hotel. Will never go back.

this hotel is dilapidated and run down, tape holds the elevators together...there are so many issues, it is impossible to list them all. Needless to say, we are still waiting on linens for the pull out couch, never came. It was so bad, we actually left and went home, abandoning the remainder of our "vacation", The staff was nice, but overwhelmed.

ESA’s ARE NOT supported and their website is misleading. I presented my ESA letter at checkin which only made my stay MORE difficult than less. There was NO GRASS on our near the property for my ESA to potty. The common areas were very hot and humid. The elevator’s were too small to accommodate the amount of people/items needed to use them. There was a “not in service” sign on the ONLY elevator the luggage cart adequately fits in, to reserve it for staff. This made the wait for the other two very small elevators very long (10 mins without A/C). The list goes on…

Anniversary trip

Had a great time here celebrating our wedding anniversary ❤️. The pool and hot tub were nice over looking the beach. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Some minor balcony wear, but thats to be expected at a hotel in the beach. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is the elevator is tiny. I took the stairs a couple of times when the lines were long. Other than that we enjoed our stay.

If you want rest, make sure the employees are not

We Left instructions for extra pillows. It didn't happen. when I got there I asked for them, They told us there was no way we could have anymore. We didn't have enough towels, but on the second night there was a dog barking constantly in one of the rooms till 3am and howling. I called down to the office for them to help us with it and then the girl was new and said she just didn't know what to do. She was sorry, she would let them know about it the next morning, they said it would be in our review, told me the worker was new.

It would have received 5 stars if the pool was in service. The property was right on the Barefoot Mardi Gras parade route which we wanted. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The price was a little more than we like to pay, but it was worth it

I would like to rate the stay but I never got to stay due to the poor customer service from Expedia and the hotel. One Expedia customer service representative was great and supposedly solved my problem, but come to find out the next day that the hotel never changed my reservation. So I was without a room, even though there were many rooms open no one wanted to help me actually book the room. Worst experience!! Definitely book directly with hotel and not Expedia. And not this hotel.

Be careful, they charged for every thing little & what really did it is they made me pay 100 dollars for damages if broken and when I checked my room there was stuff already broke & still haven’t got my money back. Mind you the phone didn’t work what’s so ever. Elevators are so small they’re was constantly a line and had to take the stairs. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING EVEN THOUGHT YOURE STAYING AT THE HOTEL
