Front desk was good, but the whole 3rd floor smelled like pee. Even our rooms! The cleaning lady gave ur a bottle of order ban and it made things worst we had to go buy vent air fresheners. It was so unpleasant I had the biggest headache and when we left all our clothes and things smelled like the room. Even the floor in the hallway felt like it was going to cave in…We won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

At arrival everything seemed perfect, but the stay was terrible. We stayed on the 2nd floor and my husband and I had a terrible night. Throughout the night we kept hearing footsteps on the room above. It seemed as if little children kept running back and forth and stomping. We could hear the hustle and bustle in the hallway. To top it off, when we talked to the reception employee the next morning about the problem we encountered (Saturday on May 31st) she heard us, but completely ignored us. She just listened to our concern and quietly stared back. Very unprofessional. Never again will we stay there unless the problems are addressed. Thin ceiling / thin walls / unprofessional receptionist.

The front desk staff was very friendly. My room was pretty clean, but there was a strong sour mildew smell in there, I think coming from the air conditioner. It was so strong that my clothes soaked up the smell as well. The bed was kind of hard and not very comfortable. The gym was pretty nice and 24/7. The hotel is located near a bunch of restaurant and shopping options.

Entered room despite No Not Disturb sign.

The first night of our stay we were annoyed at kids running back and forth in the room upstairs till about midnight. The walls are paper thin. Even worse we were kept up till almost 4 am by two huge dogs barking non stop next door. I called the front desk but I'm not sure if they attempted to do anything about it. However, I understand this is not directly the hotels fault. What really upset us was coming back to find our room had been entered despite there being a do not disturb sign on our door. I had my medical equipment/medication carefully laid out to find that it had moved. I have to follow strict sterilization practices. And I had no way of knowing if it had been touched with dirty hands/gloves. Let alone hoping our stuff had not been gone through. The bathtub barely drained, water was slightly over luke warm and the shower head had little pressure. So to sum it up, if you want a hotel room that is comfortable and feels secure this is not it.
