We run a hard criminal background check. Major offenders will be denied. One mile from Major Gas stations. Minutes away from Grocery store. 15 minutes from Corpus Christi, fishing, tourist attractions, beaches, golf course and 25 minutes from Aransas Pass.

Secluded and private More lighting on the outside at night would be preferred for safety but otherwise very adequate for what I was looking for!
