Unit 409LK does not rent as a 1 bedroom during the Summer Season, this unit at a 1 bedroom rate is only available Fall, Winter and Spring rate Seasons It features a fully equipped open kitchen, private patio with tall chairs and fabulous panoramic views of the gulf. The bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with wall-mounted flat screen TV, cable and blu-ray player along with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room features a premium sleeper sofa with queen size memory foam mattress for added comfort, leather recliners and wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable, blu-ray and wireless internet. The dining room table seats at least 6 with additional seating for 3 at the bar. Granite counters and Saltilo tile flooring throughout. Condo sleeps 6.

Great place but check in issues

This unit is very clean with higher end furnishings. There are minor expected wears from guest usage (water faucet hanging slightly, cabinets a little loose) but overall it looks just like the photos. We did have check in issues though. On our 2nd attempt (an hour after the 4:00 check in time) we were told the unit still wasn’t ready. When I questioned it I was told the contract states the room “could be available” any time from 4:00 on but they can’t guarantee an exact time. I’ve never heard of such a thing nor did I read that in any of the documentation. Needless to say not a great start to a well needed getaway. Fortunately things went smoothly aside from the one issue.
