Great townhouse located on North Padre Island, The Tequila Pelican is a three bedroom, three bath unit that sleeps ten comfortably, and is delightfully decorated in comforting coastal hues of blues, aqua, and corals that is sure to please.
Walk into the spacious open floor plan with all the living space on the first level. The living area has a plush sectional sofa, a side reclining chair, end tables with lamps, and a large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable.
The ample dining table is great for family meals or game time, with seating for eight.
The kitchen is well equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a regular drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and all the cooking utensils you may need. A small laundry room is located off the kitchen with a stackable washer & dryer, for your use while you are in the unit.
There is also a full bath on this level with a tiled walk in shower, and a classic pedestal style sink.
When you are ready to retire after a long day at the beach, head upstairs to relax. BD1) To the right at the top of the stairs, this bedroom has two queen size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, a small chest, and a TV with Wi-Fi. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and a granite vanity with double sinks.
BD2) To the left of the stairs is bedroom two, with a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, a chest and a TV with Wi-Fi.
BA3) In the hallway is another full bath with a tub/shower combo and a granite vanity with a sink.
BD3) Next to that is the third bedroom with two queen beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, a chest, and a TV with Wi-Fi.
This splendid townhouse is located just walking distance to restaurants and shops, and only 1.7 miles to the beach. Relax in the shared pool, or rent a cart from a local dealer, enjoy the island, “Islander Style”. Perfect Getaway

Cute place!

This place was beautiful with decor and artwork! Very well-appointed and roomy for our family of 8. The beds were firm but very comfy and we slept well. I did wish there was more space for us to put our things instead of having trinkets and decorations on every surface, but at least they were all fun to look at! It felt new and clean. There was plenty of space for us all to mill about the kitchen and cook and to sit down and eat a meal at the table. We did have to buy our own trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and dish soap. Only thing I wish it had was an outdoor area to hang out and eat a meal with friends.

AWESOME STAY!

We had the best time staying at Tequila Pelican! Everything was made so easy for us. For starters, The property is decorated so beautifully & also was very clean. The only complaint I could have would be to please provide a few extra trash bags. Everything in the house was immaculate. We did also love that we could have beach gear delivered to our property which made everything so easy for our stay! Our family of 8, also met some amazing new friends that are neighbors and had the best time with them! So sweet & kind was really one of the best trips we’ve had. It truly was a home, away from home. We will certainly be returning.

Great!

The stay was wonderful! So many great things that there are two many to count! The master light switch was broken before we arrived. I would suggest more dish soap for the kitchen and laundry detergent. Over all fantastic!

Long weekend getaway

We stayed with some friends at the property from Thursday - Sunday. We found it to be clean and well maintained. Location worked great for us as it was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We have three kids between the two families and all had space to sleep comfortably. We would definitely use this property for a future visit.

Clean and delicate

It was a beautiful property pans , silverware plenty of dishes to sit and eat plenty of sleeping space for our family of 7 only downfall is how delicate everything was white towels that if they stay stained you get charged . I walked in and stored everything in the closet so my kids wouldn’t break anything and I put towels over the dining room chairs so my kids wouldn’t stain the chairs . The pool is great and the cleaning fee is a little steep being that you practically have to leave everything clean down to the last little item .

It was a rough start to the trip. The water and hot water heater were turned off but the property management tram was extremely responsive even at 1 am. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. This was difficult for my older parents but otherwise this unit was beautiful The massive kitchen table was great for gathering. There was no frying pan so making eggs was a challenge. Watch the step down into the laundry room. It’s a killer. Otherwise we loved it and would stay again.

Perfect Spring Break!

We absolutely loved our stay to say the least! The condo was so clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room for our big family and it had everything we needed for our stay. Is is so close to the beach, restaurants, and gift shops! Checking in and out was super easy and we really appreciated how clean it was. Really nice neighbors and friendly people. Nice place!

Newer place that's in great shape and was very clean. Two parking spots right in front of the townhome with a hose for quick rinsing of things before going into the home. Short drive to white cap beach. The gas stations and grocery stores nearby all sell the $12 beach parking passes.

Nice clean and roomy property.

Nice size bedrooms. Only draw back is in master bedroom, no lamps are nite tables(there’s a TV tray). In one bedroom 2 large beds, but can not access closet unless you push bed out and push back. No instructors for TV. Be careful coming down stairs. On the 1st landing coming down the landing is lower (about 2 inches) and almost causes you to be off balance. Once noticed though you notice the change you are careful each time. There is a pod coffee maker, not a regular drip as we were told- Overall great clean, roomy place and easy access to beach.

Excellent stay!

We've stayed at this complex before, just a different unit. As before, this unit did not disappoint! Check-in was a breeze, everything in the unit was as listed and worked great! The complex has a pool, which we enjoyed every afternoon! Met some local tenants and they were as nice as can be! Safe neighborhood and so close to the beach, fishing spots, and restaurants! Plenty of towels for all guests! Super clean! We just really had the best time! The only thing I might suggest is getting a larger trash can for the kitchen. The short can fills up fast in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place overall!

Overall, we really loved the property. There are just a few things that would have made it perfect - the place was missing a few essentials, like a dustpan, pot and pan holders, extra blankets/pillows, etc. And it is always really nice when the owner supplies things like detergent with a washer and dryer. Also, the beds in the double room next to the queen are extremely uncomfortable. But really, it was a great stay! Thank you!
