Parking was good and staff was really helpful. The room was clean, but the carpet reeked of pet urine. I as a pet owner can appreciate a pet friendly hotel. However, if I am not traveling with pets I would prefer a non pet room. Were we not absolutely exhausted we would have moved hotels.

Front desk person left for breakfast so I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There was a hole in the bath towel and the chocolate milk was cool to touch but was curdled and spoiled when I drank it. Your hotel was highly recommended to me. I’m sorry but if anyone asks my opinion i’m gonna share my experience.

Check in was fast and easy. The girl at front desk was very nice and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if shower had not been broken. We let front desk know that the shower head was missing and they said they would look at it but shower was not fixed so we were unable to take shower the whole time we were there.

Front clerk/staff was very nice. All carpets in the living areas are filthy. Pool/hot tub have been non-functioning for months. The first room the mini fridge was not working, the second room they tried to give us the entire room was dirty, the third room was fine besides the dead roach in the restroom and mold in the AC. We will not be returning ever, and I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and family NOT to come here.
