Bed bugs & keep the $25.00

First room I was put in had bed bugs. Called Hotels.com that evening my stay was supposed to be compensated. I called this evening because it still hasn’t been returned to my account. And was informed they were going to refund $25.00. Everything left in trash from the hotel and treat all afternoon when I got home. Sat on the phone with hotels.com customer service for 1.5 hrs and then 25 mins. Because the hotel clerk was unable to assist with compensation. Going through that all plus the restless night of sleep $25 is a slap in the face. Keep it

Hampton Inn is our favorite travel hotel. This location did not disappoint. Easy access, seamless check and check. Room was quiet and clean. A great overnight stay.
