I’m not sure where to start. While there were staff (Margarita ,a cook at the lunch buffet Mar, Ricardo, an event host) that were very hospitable.. many staff were rude and unpleasant. The reviews I saw online mentioned 17 pools. In all actuality there were 3. Two family pools and an elegance club pool. One of the family pools is advertised as adults only but there were kids in it every day. The environment was bad. The rude staffed were only out matched by the rude guests. Often times groups of rude guests took over common areas like the elegance club pool. Me and my fiance had really good energy most days leaving our room only to have rude staff or awkwardness from guests take away from our positivity. I never write reviews but what was advertised in reviews on YouTube was now what I saw. The (premium alcohol) that they claimed to have at the bars was hardly available anywhere maybe in the main lobby bar. But most bars had the regular stuff you see at every resort. Bartenders were not experienced and made drinks that were disgustingly wrong. The night life is terrible. The shows in the common area were not very entertaining and after the shows ended at 10:30 or 11 the “sports lounge” is your only option to party. The music there is absolutely trash. Unless you don’t mind hearing from the windows to the walls from the ying yang twins 75 times. I loved the song in 2011 but there music doesn’t extend past that. My butler was supposed to be available until Tuesday wasnt

I’ve stayed at numerous resorts. This is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at the Food is spectacular. The workers are amazing and our butler Tete was absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to go back.

This resort was amazing. I did not meet one bad staff member, everyone was SO nice and welcoming! Eduardo, Silvia and Jesus had great entertainment at the pool. Daniel, Balan, and Miquel were Amazing bartenders!! Daniel made a tasty "Dirty Monkey" and he remembered that was my fave drink whenever i came back to his bar(there are so many bars to go too).We never left the resort and did not need too. I highly recommend this resort. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof and bwing out there to look up at the stars was great. Room service was great. I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. They did have quite a few weddings the week we were there, so they end up closing off one of the pools and bars and you can hear the music going up until about 11pm. But it really wasnt that bad at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the music while enjoying our jacuzzi. Again, i highly recommend this resort. Had an amazing time.

We had a really great time. The quality of the food was great and we loved our room as well as the service. The pool situation was okay but I think they need a bigger adult pool. The small adult pool got crazy in the afternoons and crowded. The beach is of course beautiful but they dump all the seaweed next door and both sides of the resort is empty so that seaweed isn’t dealt with. That means it can get stinky.

This was our favorite resort we’ve stayed at in Mexico. So many accommodations (we were on the Elegance Club side - super worth the upgrade). The workers were amazing, the grounds were beautiful, and our room was huge! The spa was unbelievably wonderful and the food was so, so good. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun vacay spot, you found it with this resort.

This is an absolutely amazing place. Everything was wonderful. The club is worth it and the swim up room was also. With the club you get butler service. Tete was amazing and made our stay special. She was our butler. Cauich and Angel took care of everything that we needed at the beach, including helping us get amazing drinks and a wonderful spot on the beach. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend! You cannot go wrong!
