Resort was the perfect all inclusive spot. Very updated. Clean. Lots of pools with swim up bars. They clean the beach everyday. Friendly and attentive staff. Great shows all around great experiences!

Mi experiencia en general fue excelente, solo si quiero mencionar que el en área de SNAK “Pepes” no hay mucha variedad para el mexicano pues solo había tacos de pollo a la mexicana, pues la carne para hamburguesa y salchicha para se hot dogs, así como los nachos no tenían buena vista y eso lo procura más el turista estadounidense.

Pros-Property was clean, staff was friendly, entertainment team were amazing, food was excellent. Cons-Beds were very firm, pillows were flat, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water. Some night’s entertainment was at a sister property, even though transportation was provided I would have preferred the event at our property. Overall I would recommend this location.

Birthday trip

Our stay was excellent. The food options were great. The buffet had a variety of options. The restaurants were nice. I really liked the Italian restaurant (Milan). The Asian restaurant Geisha was average. We didn’t make it to the steakhouse but heard that it was good. The bed was comfortable and rooms are spacious. The front desk staff and everyone was really helpful. They had really nice entertainment shows at night.

Food was not that great but with the wide variety u can find something to eat. The entertainment was good. The shower was wonderful and the beds was comfy. The internet was not the best at times I didn't get texts from my group And our rooms was far apart and I ask to be close I had 4 rooms one room was as far on one side of the resort and one of the other room was the rarest on the opposite side it was like walking 4 blocks to get to one another.

Enjoyed my stay! Comfortable bed and the staff always kept the property very clean! 6.5/10 on the food, it was mediocre but the breakfast options were always good! I didn’t really like how you couldn’t take food to your room though.. The steak restaurant only took a certain amount of people each night so you have to arrive early which wasn’t an issue! I ate there on my third night (nothing to write home about). While there, I also watched the staff turn people away but let others come in and dine (they were being choosy which was a bit perplexing). The ocean side was a bit disappointing as there was a lot of algae on the sand by the ocean which made you not want to walk towards the beach without any water shoes on! I give the alcoholic beverages a 4/10, they tasted good but I couldn’t seem to get a buzz, just a full stomach so I stopped ordering them! Overall the property is worth staying at for the price. I’d advise bringing a nice bottle of liquor in your travel bag if you prefer an alcoholic buzz and water shoes for sure! Definitely worth visiting if your looking for an expensive vacation but there are other nice resorts in Cancun that could easily top this one. Also the ride from the airport is about 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on traffic so that’s also something to consider!

Overall fantastic stay. Food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation were right where they need to be. Room was great only downside was toilet in separate room and it’s not very big room. But overall didn’t spend much time in room anyways so technically it washes out or really wouldn’t count against them. View was amazing over courtyard and gulf.
