The outdoor areas of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the carefully tended garden you will find a large private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 13 x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m. All around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, as well as a barbecue and two furnished porches where you can enjoy eating and having a drink with your companions. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower. As it is located in the village, there are neighbours close to the house.

The interior of the property, decorated in a modern and elegant way and with two floors, is thought and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and AC and open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In addition, there is a second living room with a large sofa and Smart TV that will be ideal to extend your evenings enjoying a good movie. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds together and AC, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor are the other four bedrooms, all of them with AC and two single beds together. A separate bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Costitx is the perfect place to discover the authentic Mallorcan character. The village has the basic services, although it is close to other villages such as Sineu or Inca where you will find everything you need to enjoy an independent stay. In Costitx you can visit the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, the archaeological site of Son Corró, Sa Sínia, the church of Santa Maria de Canarrossa or s'Aljub. The nearest beach is Playas de Muro, with crystal clear waters and fine sand, ideal to enjoy with the family.

Because of Costitx' location in the centre of the island, you may hear some airplanes going by. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
