The hotel was very accommodating, it also provided really nice breakfast. Anything we need, they were quick in getting the items to us. It’s a beautiful hotel, a lot of thoughts and efforts put into the decor of the hotel, it’s beautiful.

We stayed in Premier Brown room, the room is full of Line friends characters decorations, very nice. The wifi was very weak in our room, the bathroom door was not sliding smoothly, and the shower door was leaking. Breakfast was included, and we got discount when we shop at Line friends cafe and stores. The hotel is clean, and staff is very nice and professional.

My kids had a great time at this Line Friends themed hotel! They adored every little detail in the hotel lobby and our room! Everything seemed to be carefully laid out and kept very clean. We would come back to this hotel again during our next visit!

入到大堂已經有好多打咭位， 在不同位置都可以見到不到的line friends 成員。 樓層裝修全都是粉紅色同淺藍色👍👍👍👍👍。 房間內所有物品都係line friends ，最正係有獨立露台。 退房時間可延至1200。 其中要改善係 浴室去水位淤塞，去水非常慢，數分鐘就已浸出浴室外。
