The stay at the Londoner was the best part of our holiday. Jay, helped us at reception and she was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating to our requirements. Every year we stay at one of the Cotai strip hotels and nothing has compared to the service and care we experienced at the Londoner Grand. The staff at the pool were absolutely amazing as well. Overall our experience went above everything we could of imagined. Thank you to the team at Londoner Grand.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed, close to the city of dreams, Wynn and MGM, highly recommended to watch the house of dancing water, lots of fun. Macau is way better than Vegas if you ever wonder.
