The room assigned to us was really spacious and roomy for the 4 of us. Enough space to move around and put our travel bags on the floor. The shower was accessible for my family with disabilities. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back again. Plus, my mom’s eye appointment location was one street down so we didn’t have to drive around finding the place.

The staff were very friendly and the room clean, but the sound insulation was extremely poor. The sound of running water, the air conditioner, and footsteps from upstairs made a symphony all night long. It was impossible to sleep at all.

The facility is new, that means the room is new and has a lot of storage, the fitness center is large and the equipment are all new and updated. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I also used the guest laundry which is convenient and well maintained (a must for people who hiked in the red rocks). The breakfast is as good as usual. The location is quiet and has a full-service gas station next door. My experience is very positive.
