Welcome to the upscale yet unpretentious coastal community of Cotuit. Situated on 1.75 acres, this property offers privacy, a stunning water view, and Loop Beach is a half-mile walk from the house. Ropes Beach, which is smaller, is about 0.8 miles from the house and also has a boat launch.

When it comes to dining options, you're spoiled for choice! The Kettle Ho, known for its lively atmosphere and tasty pub fare, is less than a 10-minute walk from the house. Villaggio's Prime Bar & Grille, a short drive away, offers a more upscale dining experience. For your other needs, visit the “Coop” (Cotuit Grocery) for handmade sandwiches, morning coffee, local wines, and baked goods. Don't miss the Shops at Mashpee Commons for some of the best shopping on Cape Cod. To enjoy Cotuit's cultural charm, visit the historic Cotuit Library or check out the art exhibits and performances at the Cotuit Arts Center.

Inside Living Spaces
Originally constructed before the Titanic set sail on its tragic journey, this house underwent a complete renovation in 2024, preserving its charming, original features. The result is a perfect blend of historic early 20th-century allure and modern comfort.

Step into the kitchen, which features white cabinets, granite counters, and a large center island with four highboy seats. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, provide precise cooking control. Choose between a conventional drip coffee maker or a Keurig. The kitchen leads out to the patio and pool, with a half bath nearby.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, separated only by a bar with a wine fridge. The living room features a cozy sectional couch and a popular reclining lounge chair. Watch your favorite shows on the big flat-screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace.

Sleeping Accommodations
On the second level, there are four bedrooms. Two of them are king suites, each with a king-size bed and a private full bath. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full hallway bath. Additionally, there is a sleeping area on the third level with daybeds and another full bath. The third level also has a tv for those up there.
