Yes, the room was spotless. That’s one thing we noticed. The staff was very courteous from the desk to the workers in the casino. The restaurants were very clean and employees were very friendly and polite. Thank you for a great time!!

We didn't know there was a free breakfast offered. The service at IHOP was amazing we give 5 star. The Restaurant that was not Azul had amazing BBQ. We did the 3 meat plate with sides and it was to much food for us but we ate it all anyway. Good thing we got to walk around to walk it off while playing machines and watching individuals play machines. The security was attentive and amazing. We had a ticket get taken and they were able to retrieve it all except for $20 of it. They didn't need to investigate this for us, but they did. We appreciate them going above and beyond to assist us. They did explain they may not be able to retrieve the funds and it all depended on if the ticket was cashed or not. They provided security, plenty of machines, good food and prizes. Thank you for making our 22nd Anniversary Memorable.

Yes the room was spotless and it was service daily. I especially like the toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) in separate containers. I hate the ones stuck on the wall which drip all over and can be contaminated by weirdos pouring unknown liquids into those dispensers. The staff were lovely, and the TV worked easily. We'll come again!

Room was clean, but my shower had issues with the water temperature. I did let them know on the way out. For someone who prefers a firmer mattress, I did not sleep well at all. If you like a mattress that eats you alive, you will sleep well. Pillows were the bomb though. Really just a basic hotel next to a casino that is a little over priced. If they would loosen their slots a little maybe would be a better place.

First time visiting the Lucky Eagle Hotel and Casino, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. As avid Vegas visitor I was not expecting much, boy was I wrong. They have a lot of the same slots that you would find in the big brand Vegas casinos. Hotel was very updated and clean. We did visit during the week so I would love to see what the atmosphere is like on a weekend. Definitely will be back. Only draw back is no free drinks like in Vegas but hey I'll take what I can get.

I had a great time at this casino-hotel. The check-in was easy, and the staff was very courteous. The place was clean, and the room was really spacious. There are many restaurants to choose from, and the food was great. There are free soda machines around the casino. I would suggest getting a Players Card when you arrive to help accumulate points. I definitely will return.
