You will fall under the spell of this restored building, its spaciousness, its magnificent garden featuring a swimming pool for relaxation, its 5-seater jacuzzi, its fitness area, and its fire pit.
Its amenities and facilities will allow you to share unique moments.

A spa is located in an annex of this restored barn with a direct view of the garden and its tall trees, and is very close to the outdoor swimming pool heated from late May to late September.

Supplement per pet per day: €10. Old buildings (small manor house, farmhouse, and outbuildings) from the 16th and 18th centuries, completely renovated in 2023 with a contemporary interior design, while retaining their original exterior appearance. This 380 m² building is located on a 3000 m² landscaped and wooded plot in a natural area. This property is located along a footpath called "les chemins creux" (Sunken Paths). This site is ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation.
La Campagne at the gates of the city, 10 minutes from the TGV train station, 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large two-hundred-year-old lime tree.
For added decor and as a reminder of the site's history, we have preserved some elements of the past in the grounds (antique cart, apple press, and benches reconstructed from old timber beams, etc.).
