Always a fun and enjoyable stay! Staff is great, ecspecially the gal running the breakfast area. It was very busy and she did an amazing job keeping things filled and positive attitude. Does need to have some repairs in the rooms with tubs and flooring. Otherwise great stay.

Great hotel. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels because of the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotels. This stay was no different. Fast check in, rooms clean and up to date. Pool was fantastic for the kids and was spacious enough for everyone. Breakfast was average, not bad not great. Checkout was very fast as well. Staff were all polite and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Dj- great place

And down for one night for a production at the Orphium Theatre. We like staying here because it close to the theatre and the zoo. Also we always have great service. Will be back again. Free breakfast is also good.

Between Hotels.com and Holiday Inn, the overall experience was awful. I contacted hotels.com and Holiday Inn to reschedule my visit because there was an blizzard. I was completely and totally ignored. Even if it were to say, no, tough luck with the weather, that would at least be some communication.

Broken pool and hot tub

I came w kids for the pool and hot tub. Both have been broken for months but they still list them on their website. False advertising. We would have gone somewhere else

Pool was closed for maintenance. The sister hotel was kind enough to allow guests to use theirs. Just a bummer as we were looking forward to use of the hot tub. That was the only downside. Happens. Just unfortunate.
