Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers in Courseulles-sur-Mer, just 100 meters from the beach, we offer this charming 53 m² studio for rent. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room with sleeping area, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, access to an east-facing 6 m² loggia with table and chairs and a view of the marina.
- The studio is traversing, with a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain. It features a double sofa and access to a second 6 m² loggia, facing west, with recliners.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob...
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin
- Separate WC

The studio is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, west of the Seulle, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Thanks to the loggia in the bedroom, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
What's more, just a few steps away, you'll have access to all the essential stores as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Logement très agréable, mais à améliorer...

Cet appartement est très agréable avec ses deux loggias. Il est très bien situé, la belle plage Juno beach est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Le centre ville, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied propose tous les commerces, de nombreux restaurants, un beau marché deux fois par semaine, un super marché au poisson tous les matins. Quelques défauts à signaler néanmoins, pour améliorer l'ensemble : -Il manque un séchoir pour étendre le linge (il y a pourtant un petit lave-linge). -pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons signalé ces manques à la conciergerie dès notre arrivée et ils ont transmis immédiatement la demande aux propriétaires. Dix jours plus tard, à notre départ : toujours pas de réponse (pourtant peu de choses...et indispensable !) Le couchage principal est un canapé-lit assez peu confortable situé dans un bel espace nuit tout à fait adapté pour recevoir un vrai lit, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas équiper ce bel appartement d'un vrai bon couchage ! Comme indiqué dans un autre avis, les fenêtres des loggias étaient pleines de toiles d'araignée et de salissures à notre arrivée : un petit nettoyage des bas de fenêtres s'imposait pour pouvoir profiter de l'ouverture. Ce nettoyage ne revient-il pas à la conciergerie ? Dernière remarque : la mention "parking sur place" est assez trompeuse, car en été il faut souvent tourner pour se garer à 100 ou 200m (places gratuites).
