We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofas (including 1 convertible) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed.
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

- A 5 m² balcony facing South / South-West with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Joli appartement mais beaucoup trop cher car malheureusement pas entretenu

Quel dommage que les propriétaires ne soient pas plus impliqués dans leur bien qu'ils mettent en location... Voici les désagréments que nous avons subis : Pour avoir de l'eau chaude il faut faire couler l'eau de l'évier de la cuisine et le pommeau de la douche en même temps. Que de litres d'eau perdus avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude... La balayette et le balai auraient bien besoin d'être changés, les poils étant complètement aplatis. Nous avons trouvé le sac de l'aspirateur archi plein et il n'y a pas de sac de rechange, pour le prix c'est inadmissible ! Dans une des salles de bain, la cuvette des WC est à changer tellement qu'il y a de tartre et de plus la chasse d'eau fait du bruit. Nous avons été obligés de demander du déboucheur pour le lavabo qui s écoulait mal, celà devait faire un certain temps déjà !. Le cadre de la douche aurait bien besoin lui aussi d'une rénovation. La poubelle est elle aussi à remplacer car la pédale ne lève plus le couvercle. Dans la seconde sdb, le système douche/bain ne fonctionne pas bien et une lumière est grillée. Dans la cuisine, les roulettes du LV ne tiennent pas bien. Bien que cet appartement paraisse coquet, nous avons été très déçus des prestations vu le prix demandé.
