My granddaughter and I were traveling back home after my daughter gave birth to another grandbaby of mine. Needed someplace close to the airport that had shuttle service. It was a good stay and clean.

Friendly staff, modern beautiful rooms and lobby, free bottled water upon check in, free coffee, fruit and muffins early in morning before free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hr day. Nice market pantry with microwaveable quick meals and fresh salads for purchase along with beer/wine/sodas/water to take to your room. Lobby bistro opens at 6am. Perfect location close to CVG airport. Would stay again!

The staff was very friendly. I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays.
