Cowes Luxury Getaway a home away from home, is a stunning holiday rental , This beautifully kept coastal getaway is a short 10min walk to Cowes famous beach where you can often find seals and manta rays and is surrounded by walking and bike tracks, numerous surf beaches as well as being close to amazing cafes, restaurants, wineries and boutique shopping.

This beautiful townhouse is Located not far from Cowes central, host a family getaway, couples, Schoolies or relax with friends.

Cowes Luxury Getaway is fully fenced for the safety of your children . Perfectly located only mins walk to the main strip of restaurants and cafes. You can easily access the concrete ramp and recently upgraded jetty to launch and retrieve your boat or sit and have brunch at numerous cafes that you can choose from.
Cowes Luxury Getaway has 3 generous sized bedrooms,
1: Master Bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite,
2: Queen bedroom with a queen size bed.
3: 2 x bunks , one being a single bunk and the other a tri bunk( single top and double bottom.

The living areas allow for easy entertaining, 2 bathrooms and a lockable garage, to accommodate family groups or those holidaying with other couples. Open plan living and dining area with modern fully equipped chefs kitchen, stone benches and dishwasher.
Main bedroom with ensuite, laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. Patio with BBQ and outdoor. Air conditioning and heating will ensure you are comfortable all year round.

It Features include 2 Flatscreen TVs, free Wifi, Netflix and free wifi, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, aircon,/heating, BBQ, outdoor setting.

You are welcome to supply your own linen, we supply 4 pillows per QB, 1 per SB, and doonas on all beds.

Alternately linen packs are available upon request @ $ 100 per stay up to 8 guests including all bed linen, 2 x bath towels per guest , 2 x bath mats, hand towels and 2 x tea towels

Schoolies are welcome!! Additional 1000 bond is required.

Overall experience

The house was neat and tidy and in a good location. Could do with an update on certain aspects of the house. The fridge was not very cold. Couches were very old . Upstairs shower had very low pressure and hot water. An update or change of these things would make a big difference. Overall was a good stay.

We stayed for 3 nights the place was clean , you do have to bring your own kitchen equipment as there’s only minimal basics there eg sharp knives , we payed for linen ,pillows are soft so if you like specific pillows bring your own , and there’s electric stove tops .The house had heating and the tv was good I could plug our media box in hdmi ports , showers are hot but shower head is very small , but the house has great lounge and eating area plus outside area which we didn’t use so I can’t comment , plenty of space for 2 adults and a disabled child which was important plus doors can be locked and staircase has dividers so you can stop young toddlers from falling or escaping .garage fits one car plus another in the drive way .Very close to shops , petrol station ,beach so if you don’t want to drive anywhere you can just walk took me 15mins to walk to the beach with children’s playground .Host is really nice and always responds if you need anything within reason .

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious property, would be great for a large family or couple of families. Had everything we needed. Good location and easy walk to shops and beach. Great little property that ticked all the boxes for our weekend away on the island. Pet friendly, kid friendly and only a short walk to the main shops and pier. Check in was super easy and we were so grateful for the late checkout on sunday, no rushing home :)

We had a great time staying here! We had two couples with young kids (one with a 2yo, one with a 1yo), as well as another couple and two singles and there were beds for us all. The baby gates ensured that we could keep the kids safe around the stairs- the only downside kid-wise was the house isn’t baby proofed (PowerPoints exposed etc) but this obviously doesn’t apply to every visiting group. The outdoor area was great for morning cook-ups, there was a little yard for our dog to play in and the place was very well appointed. Only thing we needed to bring was linen and also needed to buy extra toilet paper. Very happy with the stay, would stay here again in future 😊

Mena was extremely kind and welcoming when it came to helping us organise our stay. The house was in perfect location, it was close to the shops and only a short walk to the beach. Everyone who stayed at the house felt at home due to the clean and bright environment.
