This was a great stay for us in Cozumel. Great location, clean premises and rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the entire resort was kept pristine. It is an older resort and could use a little updating, but for what we wanted, this place checked all of our boxes. The WiFi can be a little spotty at times, but that just allowed us to be in tune with each other and not staring at our phones all day. We will definitely stay here again.

Went to see the Iron Man race, great central location, but the worst All inclusive Hotel we've ever visited. And we've been to 20+ over the years, there was really only one restaurant, and it was like a Cracker Barrel , or Golden Coral at best, and expect a comfort Inn breakfast. It did have a nice omelette bar, fresh fruit, and an occasional yogurt. But that's it! Do not pay all inclusive. Eat out! The Staff was nice, did best they could. Great Snorkeling.

Me and my wife went to this hotel for 5 nights we had a blast the staff were amazing they were able to help us with everything we needed and it’s very convenient cause it’s close to downtown it’s very nice will definitely go there again and it’s supper clean and the food is amazing.

We liked that there was a tunnel to cross under the street to the ocean side. The employees were all very kind and gracious. We appreciated the concierges that helped us make plans. The food was underwhelming and repetitive, but that's the only downside to the entire experience.

Food was not very good. Went to listen to music one night, but it was already over, they played for 1 hour. Couldnt eat a snack at the pool, had to go to a table for the snack.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. No washcloths, only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for a week, the food was terrible and had to pay extra for some food when it was “all inclusive”. The pools and bars closed early. Did not feel like a resort at all.

Always loved this property. But offering less and less all the time. No internet in rooms anymore, my class of Expedia I’m suppose to get upgrade, never have, many rooms no dressers, no facecloths, no conditioner, cutting out simple food items like oatmeal. They seem to want to drive away loyal customers that have stayed for years. Couldn’t have lunch on my last day!!!Didnt get lunch on my first day.. Time to reconsider. Management starts at the top, staff just takes the orders. Most are fabulous.

The room was fine. The staff was excellent really good customer service. This is my first time traveling I was a little disappointed because I was expecting something better for my first trip. I didn't like the location, the food, or the drinks. The resort needs an upgrade. I was looking for something with more excitement and a beach.
