Come stay in comfort at Sunrise Cottage and enjoy all that Lake Milton has to offer. This lake is perfect for fishing, swimming, tubing, and waterskiing. Guests are encouraged to visit local restaurants, wineries, brewery, and golf courses and with area grocery stores, creameries and even a local pharmacy Lake Milton will soon be your home away from home.

Sunrise Cottage is a perfect lakeside getaway to be enjoyed with family and friends. This 3 bedroom home features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed + trundle bed and will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 3 children.

The spacious kitchen boasts all of the comforts of home including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, mixer, water filtration pitcher, cookware, utensils, etc.

Two relaxing family rooms with smart TV’s will allow you to connect to your own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, etc.). Wi-Fi is also available for use on your own devices during your stay. If you’d like to have fun the old fashioned way, the cottage is also stocked with plenty of board games!

You can beat the heat with ice-cold central air, or enjoy the great outdoors on the spacious patio, porch or while spending time around the fire ring or at the dock! Charcoal and gas grills are both available for those who love to cook outdoors.

BYOB – Bring Your Own Boat! Private dock space is available across the street from rental. There’s plenty of room to park vehicles, trailers, etc. as well. Directly across the street is access to Lake Milton’s public boat ramp for easy access to all this beautiful (unlimited horsepower) lake has to offer. Nearby Lake Milton State Park also offers boat / jet-ski rentals, volleyball and basketball courts and a well-maintained beach. We do supply two kayaks and a couple adult life jackets for you to use during your time here. If you would need a child's life vest we ask that you please bring that with you.

Additional amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and linens so you can make yourselves right at home. We do not allow pets or smoking and guests will not have access to the garage or basement.

Cozy, cute, and clean!

This little house is right across the street from the lake with an unobstructed view of the water. We got to watch the bass boats putting in for fishing each morning and enjoyed the restaurant right down the road. Just a truly pleasant weekend in this quaint, well appointed lake cottage.

Perfect stay

We loved this property! We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, yard and little things like having extra supplies (garbage bags, fire pit already set up for a fire). This location was close (25 min) to the Covelli Center. Since we didnt have to stay in a hotel, we were able to spend time outside at the fire pit, toss baseball in the nice yard and sleep in our own rooms. If we ever need to come to this area again we will definitely stay here. .

Cozy home with beautiful views

I had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Cottage for a few weeks in September & October. It is in a great location looking out at Lake Milton, with easy access to a boat launch. I loved relaxing on the front porch with a glass of wine & a book. The house is very well maintained & the hosts are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect getaway perfect location

April and Tim’s cottage is so tastefully decorated with so many special touches. We love the location directly across the street from boat launch with a private dock for use. Highlight is the huge flat and private yard with large bonfire area, plenty of chairs and room for kids to run play ball etc. they even provided some fire wood, marshmallow forks and had filled tiki torches around the fire. There are plenty of chairs, table and porch swing on the patio.and a spotless gas grill. Beds were comfy and place was spotless. Very convenient to have washer and dryer in the basement to use. We love this place and will definitely be back. Thanks for Sharing April and Tim.

Mini vacation with grandchildren

The property is super nice. Nice surprises and cannot think of anything we needed that wasn’t available. Easy and quick communications with Host. It is obvious the Hosts have really thought about how to set up and provide for guests. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage

This lake cottage was perfect for our family weekend away. Our kids used the kayaks they provided several times! Plus the location was great right next to the water.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The space was clean and up to date. The backyard was so nice and secluded and even had a vegetable/herb garden we could use. We appreciated the complementary things stocked throughout the house. The hosts we attentive and friendly. We would definitely return!!

Always a pleasant stay

This is our 3rd year staying at Sunrise Cottage . The house is perfect for our family to get together and enjoy beautiful Lake Milton . Perfect getaway. The house was clean and well maintained. The private dock was just a short distance walk situated in a private cove. Kids enjoyed swimming/kayaking off the dock. We enjoyed the backyard/fire pit in the evenings.

Great experience!

The cottage is very nice! These were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had for a Vrbo. It was really clean and it was lovely to sit on the porch and look at the lake with my morning tea. April was very responsive also!

July 4th at the lake

Lake house was perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed fishing, boating, the beach, and having fires every day. It was nice having dock access so close to the house The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back.

Cute and Cozy

We Loved the house. Your flowers on the front porch were beautiful. The separate living room and family room worked perfect for us. The girls took to the family room and loved the bean bag chairs. The kitchen was clean!! Really clean!! The bathroom was well stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. We didn't get to use the fire area, it looked really nice. The host,April, was very easy to work with and checked to make sure everything was okay after check in. We would stay again if ever in the area. Thanks

Nice place friendly owner right next door

this house was honestly way cooler than the pictures make it seem. Owners were right next door and met me when I arrived. Very nice people. Overall very happy with stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Family weekend

We were in Youngstown for our sons OAC wrestling tournament and wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. This rental was perfect. You could tell this couple truly knows the meaning of hospitality. Would recommend this place 1000 times over. Boys tried to fish but it started snowing LOL beautiful rental and area. Hopefully we will be back next year.
