They recommended pre order at Rickys next door..1st preorder disappeared, second preorder not ready at 7am..good thing we had time to spare..had to stand at front of restaurant for 10 minutes to do the first preorder. Was annoying.. also room was clean but a q tip on floor under desk ..not from us..Thanks Michelle

Im fine with reusing towels...doing my part for the environment but did i miss somewhere in the small print that no housekeeping would be done. After a long day of sightseeing we came back to our room to inmade beds and lasrnights supper garbage.

I found broken glass on the floor in the bathroom. I found a fake nail outside the bathroom on the floor. There was barely enough shampoo & conditioner to wash my short hair. There were crumbs all over the bathroom floor. There was long dark hair in the bathtub. There were 7 clumps of scotch tape on the ceiling in the bedroom. The pillows smelled through the pillow cases. So disappointing it was once a property where guest rooms were spotless. Not anymore!

The TV did not work properly. Poor picture including going fuzzy at times. Room was not cleaned/replenished between nights. I’ve machine did not work. No coffee pot. When this was brought up the front desk lady just shrugged it off.
