Luxury Villa in Como Lake, located in a top location of the lake between Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna, it is a perfect place to visiting the lake’s beauty and at the same time stay in a peaceful location!
Villa Cremia is only 10 km from Menaggio on the hill side of the Lake, from the villa is easy to reach the lake’s beaches walking 500 meters, whilst the groceries are about 800 meters away.
All the possible activities are very close like golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports, this area is also very famous for hiking and mountain bikes climbing the surrounding mountains. A ferry service connects Menaggo, Bellaggio and Varenna as well.
The property has a wonderful and perfectly maintained fenced garden with palms trees, which is about 900 square meters, with a covered patio equipped with table chairs and Barbecue where enjoying al fresco meals with an amazing Lake view and Alps behind it. A wonderful private pool of 5x11 meters with a diving board.
The villa is fenced and accessed by electric gate, inside is a private garage with parking for 4 cars. There are 2 additional parking spaces within the property's grounds

Villa Cremia can sleeps up to 12 people in a very comfortable 6 double bedrooms and four bathrooms, since the villa develops in three levels it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
Garden level: A bright and spacious living room with French doors opens to the garden with breathtaking lake’s view, the living is equipped with elegant sofas, Sat. TV and a dining area with table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge etc.)
Mezzanine: there are two twin bedrooms, both can be converted into double beds, the bedrooms shares a bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower. Third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All these bedrooms have access to a terrace and are on the garden level
Upper floor: there are two twin double bedrooms (bed can be joined to become double) a third twin bedroom (beds cannot be joined). One bathroom with shower.
Basement: It is equipped with an infrared sauna, Jacuzzi, a fourth bathroom with a shower. Relax Area with 2 lounge chairs.
There is a large games room with a pool table, table football and children's games area. Laundry room with washer. An extra fridge is available on this floor.
