You’ll enjoy a beautifully updated, modern-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island large enough to accommodate both a cooktop and bar seating for four. Well-equipped and fully stocked, you have everything you need to prepare a homestyle spread, three-course meal, or just a simple, on-the-go lunch.

Everyone has plenty of room to spread out on the large, cozy sofa around a wood-burning fireplace. We supply the firewood!

Pour a glass of wine and make your way through the sliding glass doors and out to the patio for unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets and breathtaking views of Washington Gulch and the town of Mt. Crested Butte.

This two-bedroom condo features one queen bed and one twin bunk, so everyone has a place to rest comfortably. This unit also has two wonderfully remodeled bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo.

With such comfortable accommodations, there is no problem putting the emphasis on your adventures! Just walk to the end of the parking lot, and ski down to the West Wall lift. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill!

In summer, walk a few steps down the road to reach the Upper Loop trail. Or, walk/bike over to the resort in no time.

In fall, the views of glittering, golden Aspen trees right outside your patio door will not disappoint.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are three flights of stairs to access P-103.

There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8am – midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. The sauna is open year-round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.
